I have two cats, f r i s k y b o y e and Beautiful Snow Angel Floof. BSAF is recently adopted and has adapted well into our house EXCEPT....
....she pees on soft things. But only specific soft things. The dog bed, couch, and living room pillows are all safe. My daughter's crib, my duvet, and my bedroom pillows are not safe. She is banished from bedrooms. I am thinking that this is a weird behavioral issue, probably a side effect from anxiety. Some more information:
--Clean bill of health
--Multiple litter boxes
--She has her own room with a cat tree (okay, it's the human guest room but you try telling the cats that)
--They (cats) managed to open the closet door in their guest room and knock down all the robes and winter coats. BSAF thought it was a great opportunity to piss all over them.
Has anyone experienced this? If so, did your cat grow out of this?
