My kitten came to my home with issues already and I've got her on a care plan and tests were done etc.
Originally she had diarrhoea and I thought she was curling her tail in pain but we since adjusted her diet and she has more tests to come.
She has since had better bathroom habits but still curls her tail up and her waste gets caught in her tail fur - this sometimes requires a bath 2-3 times a day and worst case we have had to cut her tail fur.
Has anyone had this happen to their cat? Can I fix her habits? (I've already sat holding her tail up multiple times while she goes to the litter box).
Should I maybe try shaving her tail?
I'm at a loss and I know my parents are losing patience with this slowly so any help is appreciated.
