Ok so my neighbors dog bit me on the shoulder almost three weeks ago. It was a really bad bite, and the scabs have just now fallen off actually. My question is that it’s been so long and it’s still really tender, but it is also numb? I didn’t go to a doctor over it because I really didn’t want to cause a fuss. But why would it still be hurting and numb weeks after?? I know I should ask a doctor, I’m just asking if anyone else has experienced this?
