I've been hearing a dog crying, not your normal whining, but full on gut wrenching cries.
Once, it was followed by a man yelling, "Shut the F* up!" not sure if directed at the dog or not.
I want to know if it's possible for me to report it even though I have not witnessed anything, just heard. I live in an apartment complex and I tried looking around and I'm pretty sure it's coming from a house around here (not an apt, but one of the houses around us), but I don't know which house or which dog it could be.
