I have an 18 y/o male cat that has had a howling problem for some time now. He is pretty healthy: loves to play, eats a lot, loves affection etc. But he howls. so. much. During the day he usually does it for attention ie. he walks into the other room and is basically calling you over to him. This is somewhat tolerable, the worst is at night. Almost every night he begins his howling at 4-5 AM. We've tried ignoring the behavior, changing his diet, engaging the behavior, and now on VETCBD. If anyone has any tips, I'd appreciate it!
