I've got two Girls, Cali and Erika (One day I'll post pics!) They are super loving with each other but sometimes aggressive towards other cats. Usually, this is not an issue; It's usually play that's too rough or jumping in because they are jealous, They've even managed a few hours (Supervised) with my brother's cat visiting before edging into "aggressive" behaviors.
But there is this one cat that walks by their favorite window lately. And every time it passes by they immediately freak the H*** out. Like. They start attacking each other- and normally they spend all their time cuddling, playing and grooming each other. The most recent time they ripped each other's collars off and tore out fur. I'm worried about it escalating.
The windows are closed so I don't think they can smell him, and the neighborhood is full of wanderers so I can't really do anything to stop it. He could even be my landlady's cat. I really don't know what I can do to calm the situation but I'm worried about them getting hurt. Any suggestions?
