ran into a bit of a problem with my downstairs neighbours. My partner and I have a small kitten who ever since we moved in has been super energetic. The apartment has hardwood floors. Each time she plays, whether its with her toys or anything she finds the downstairs neighbours will bang on the roof as if she is being super loud. We are lost for what to do, ive contacted my realesate agent and she says that it shouldn't be making that much noise but they still seem to have an issue. We love our kitten so much but don't want to upset our neighbours. We are allowed to have a pet on the rental and everything.
Any suggestions or ideas would be fantastic. We are both incredibly stressed.
