Help, is our cat peeing everywhere because of the dogs???

We adopted her 3 months ago. She is a deaf white Turkish Angora. There are also two little rowdy schnauzers running around the house.

She peed once on our bed when we adopted her then I bought a big clear container from wallmart and cut a door on it. She loved the new litter box. Actually it might be too big because she likes to play in it and lay in it in the litter too much. We always keep the litter box clean. There’s even a odorless baking soda box taped to the wall of the litter box (the fridge kind). For two months it was good but last month she started peeing again.

Next to the window dining room we have a chaise lounge with a blanket for the dogs. She peed on it 3x. We also have two blankets on the couch on which the dogs occasionally sit. She peed on each of them once. She peed on some clothes on the bed when me and my girlfriend were both gone for the day. And last, every time we leave a towel on the floor next to the bathtub she always pees on it. One of the dogs actually sat on the towel when I was using the toilet.

The dogs are not ours. We are moving to a new apartment with carpet and are taking the cat but we are freaking out! What is causing the peeing? Is it the dogs? Is it the litter? She is healthy. We took her to the vet.
