Since before I was born my mom would always take care of foster kittens. We would keep them for a few weeks then give them back to the shelter. About 6-8 months ago we had a kitten that was just so so sweet, but she got really sick and we almost lost her. We ended saving her and decided we couldn’t give her back to the shelters. She’s turned into a horrible cat. She scratches and bites and anything else to piss is off. Lately she’s been trying to get out of our dog door but never had any success... until last week when I went to take the trash out and there she was, right by the trash. She’s gotten out four times now in the last week and nothing we do is stopping here. We’ve tried putting spray bottles by the door because she hates getting sprayed with them and that definitely didn’t work. Does anyone have ANY advice on how to stop her??
