So my pup had his 1st vaccine at 8weeks. Since we’ve had him he’s had issues with diarrhoea and we’ve been working with the vets to correct this. He’s no 12 weeks and the 4 week period after the first vaccine has passed. I was told because of this he’d no longer be protected by his first vaccine and he’d need to have the first one again which is fine.
However this completely screws with his socialisation period. Now I’ve had him meet my mums dogs before, but now I’m worried this could be a bad idea now the first vaccine has worn off.
The question is, is it a bad idea or will it be fine knowing my mums dogs are up to date with there boosters etc.
