My dog (3yo lab/hound), seems to have a small nodule or something on the underside of her tongue. I can’t tell if it is part of her anatomy or something to stress, and of course it’s pretty tough to get a look at it. I have a routine appointment for her at the end of the month, but thought I’d start here. It doesn’t appear irritated, it is very small and only visible when she rolls her tongue or licks her chops. I only noticed the thing on accident. She eats, drinks, plays...shows no indication that it is bothering her aside from sticking her tongue in and out just barely, when settling into position for sleep (she has always done that though).
