I have a female GSD pupper who I got last year (13 months old atm). Her health was quite good, shiny coat, perfect weight, but when summer started she started shedding a lot and lost some weight. At first I thought she was shedding because of temperature being hot but she started losing weight as well. She has shed almost all of her hair and her weight went from 29 kgs to 26 kgs in two months only. I went to the vet but he said it's normal and gave me some meds for her but I'm not convinced with that. Is it normal or is it something serious?
