I’m not quite sure if I’m over reacting. My cat was booked to get her teeth cleaned and to get a microchip in since I just adopted her a few months ago. They forgot about the microchip when I requested it in the appointment booking and didn’t mention it during drop off. I guess I just assumed they’d do it since it was documented as being requested. I like our vet but I’m mostly annoyed they blamed it all on me. Should I just let this go?
