In the last week, my 1 year-old kitten Latios has stopped eating and drinking, and was constantly vomiting (every 15 minutes) and was in intense pain each time. His entire attitude changed, and started spending time hidden away or spacing out staring at a wall. This worried me so so much, so instantly I went to the vets.
Something to know about about him is that he has never had hairballs, but myself, family and even vets didn't think that it was a problem, that the hairs were evacuated a *different way*, but we were so wrong. Over the past year, all the hairs that he had ingested were collecting in his stomach, until they formed a huge solid mass that has blocked his entire digestive system, which is obviously fatal.
My kitten is having surgery on his intestines tomorrow, as that is where the solid mass has lodged itself. However, the surgery fees are over 1,100€, and I'm a student so I don't have that money. Naturally, I wouldn't let my cat die. So I've spent all the money I possible can on an advance payment to the veterinary clinic, but I'm still short of the full amount, by quite a bit.
You've read this story up till here, so I'll ask you something: I've started a crowdfunding campaign to raise money for his surgery, if you could donate even a tiny amount, it would mean the world to me! If not, if you could even just share around you, if anyone could spare a little amount, so my kitten can continue living his happy loving and mischievous life.. <3
