My dog is from the pets shelter, and is the sweetest thing. Friendly to every stranger, is never aggressive and has zero prey drive. Very clingy tho and loves my attention, sitting on my lap as soon as I plomp down.
Introducing the kitten, was terrified when she arrived but was comfortable and slept next to me the next night and consequently every following night. So on day two, I decided to make the two mee each other. Dog was initially curious but seemed unsure. Kitten couldn't be fazed. Fast forward a week and now the kitten is as home, running around the home like she owns the place , and the dog lives in a state of constant fear. Kitten is brazen enough now to chase the dog, who bolts at the sight of her. Any tips to make my dog less scared of her?
TL;DR - Got a new kitten , kitten isn't scared of the dog but the dog is absolutely terrified and runs whenever he sees her.
