I am a 30-year old man with a small family struggling to live. After the car accident in 2015, my health went down so badly that I can not go to work at the office anymore and have become a burden for my family. I have 2 children (one is 8 years old and the other is 6 years old) and my wife is just a shop cashier. My family life is really in hard situation. I have tried many jobs but nothing seems suitable.
Until 3 months ago, I told my wife to invest nearly all the rest of our money into an online pet supplies shop(about $400). We have worked very hard but I can not find any way to make enough profit from the store. Although the quality of the products is good, I have lowered the price to the minimum I can and give customers free delivery + return policy. There have been 8-9 customers but they only bought some small items so I and my wife have only got about $20-24 over the past 3 months, which is not enough for my 4-person family.
Can you help my family with the pet supplies store, please? You can visit the website and give me some advice/feedback or just simply buy some small items would be helpful enough for us now.
