It’s hot where I live so I went on a long walk with my dog early at 8 AM now heading back at 9 AM. We go to the park and I always let him drink from the kid water fountain because he’s the perfect height to reach it. Usually he’ll drink just fine.
But today when I did he drank one lap of the water then refused to drink more. We rested in the shade then I tried again and spooned the water into his mouth, he licked my hand but just because I was putting it at his mouth and still didn’t drink.
I wet him down but he’s panting and I’m worried that he wouldn’t drink anything.
Advice?
Also I checked and the ground is still not hot yet (I am wearing flip flops and put my bare foot on the cement and still not hot)
