She’s turning 14 next week and she’s an American Eskimo. I just adopted her in September knowing an older dog meant I wouldn’t have her very long. There’s only one vet in town and they take advantage of all the college students by doing as many as exams as possible instead of actually caring for the animals, which I didn’t know before adopting her. My dogs been peeing herself for a few weeks now and doesn’t eat very often. She’s also been constipated and drinks a lot more frequently and falls down a lot. I’m really worried about her and don’t really trust my vet, so I’d appreciate any advice because I just want her to be comfortable.
