I have 2 little dogs: a Jack Russel named Stan and a Jack Russel/Chihuahua cross named Bella. We've had Stan for around 6 years and Bella for about 4 years now and Bella can be quite anxious around strangers and loud noises. Around 4 months ago, my next door neighbours got a lovely female Alsatian, I don't believe she is a puppy and she never seems to cause any trouble in terms of barking or anything like that. However my neighbours can be quite loud and they have a wooden decking in their back garden that I'm guessing their dog isn't allowed on, they constantly shout to tell her to get down and come inside and whatnot. But here is the problem - their dog is also called Bella and when they shout at her, it makes my little Bella super confused and she thinks that she is always in trouble when she isn't.
I don't really know how to go about this - any advice?
