I just moved to downtown Dallas from CA and my mom is driving my 11yo shiba inu out in a month. I work odd hours sometimes and I have a pet walker set up if I can't get home. I don't want another doggo, but I'd like to get him a kitten buddy. Question is/are ;Male or female cat, before or after my pup gets here, and older or younger cat? I'd opinions of people who've been through this first hand if possible, but all help is appreciated, we are talking about future family.
