Hi fellow cat people.
I am in some desperate need of some consolidation or maybe this is a wake up call.
According to my vet my cat (Gracie) is around 20 years old. She’s been with me for 16 years. We’ve been through everything together. I’m terribly concerned at the moment....
She has been sleeping in my dogs bed or crate recently, it’s not just occasional though, she has completely abandoned her own bed and refuses to use anything but my dogs beds. My dog (Bella) is 8, ive had her about half of Gracie’s life. She has had the same crate since a puppy.
Now, for me this is cause for concern because my family car growing up started doing the same thing right before he died and actually passed away in the dogs crate. I mentioned this odd behavior to my father and sister tonight and they both at same time said. Oh that’s not good.
Has anyone else had this happen? Do you think this is cause for concern? Her only other new habits is how much she’s yapping all day... usually about food. And also have a clingy she’s been.
Please give me some experiences.
