Advice/process for introducing 4 different animals in a new home

This is a little complicated and the reason why it has to happen is messy. My ex boyfriend and I (ill-advisedly) purchased a home together before our relationship broke down this week. I was in a position to buy him out of his share and keep the house, while he now has money to set himself up with another home purchase or a nice rental. We had adopted two cats together during the course of our relationship, and as we don't want to seperate them (they are bonded) and the rental laws here restrict the allowance of pets at every landlord's discretion, it would have been unlikely he could keep one anyway. These cats have never been introduced to a dog.

I also have a dog who I adopted myself before getting into this relationship who will be staying with me. We couldn't keep her in our rental home so she stayed with my sister down the road from us, but was still cared for by me. This dog is a 4 year old female rottweiler, who currently lives with cats and likes cats at my sister's house (mostly, I'll get to this part again later)

Lastly, my older brother, his 4 year old son, and HIS cat, will be moving in with me to the new house so that I can afford my mortgage obligations, and because he was previously living with our older sister who is heavily pregnant and needs him out once the baby arrives. Because he lived with my sister, his cat and my dog HAVE been introduced, and out of all the cat's my dog has met and loved, she HATES my brothers cat. Constantly barks and chases it, whereas she remains calm with my sister's cats. My brother's cat is lovely but also a troublemaker, who refuses to poop in a litter box and instead prefers the shower, and can open doors and leap clear onto very high ledges.

I'm trying to plan the introduction of all of these animals in the new home, which will be new/neutral territory for all of them. My dog is crate trained, trained to remain on her bed, and comfortable staying outside. There are 3 bedrooms in the home and the bedroom/bathroom area is seperated from the kitchen/living area by a single doorway, which can help with controlling access into those spaces. But again, my brother's cat can open doors.

Guess I'm trying to piece this puzzle together of introducing the cats, and then introducing them to the dog again slowly, while also trying to reforge the rocky relationship my dog and my brother's cat already have without traumatizing my cats in the process. Any advice or plan for these introductions would be greatly appreciated. We move in in two weeks.
