My cat has never had fleas before (she is 18 and never goes outside, not entirely sure how they got in, perhaps they followed me in or something), but we still had a flea comb around (to check the dogs), and I got 3 of adults off her tonight! I feel so bad that I missed it for so long! I'll be getting stuff to start treating her asap in the morning from the vet's, but if she's taken care of, do I need to treat my house? I'll be doing laundry and vacuuming, but other than that, do I need to spray it? Or will treating the cat and cleaning do it?
