Okay, it’s not what you think. My cat and oldest dog absolutely love each other. My cat also has never really reacted to cat nip, but if she is lying with my dog (an English setter) and the dog’s ears flip up, my cat goes CRAZY like it’s cat nip. She starts rolling around and yowling and obsessively sniffing the ear lol. Again, the dog is an English setter with really long ears, so sometimes they’re a bit musky smelling, but nothing crazy. My grandpa and I are both vets and have never seen anything like it- it’s kind of hilarious and adorable how much they love each other.
