My 11 year old black lab started shaking at random times in the week, starting in early December. I'm very worried because he just freezes up and stands there while shaking, tail is down. Yet he stops after 5 minutes to an hour. He also starts panting but won't drink water. Is he just getting older? Or is it something more serious
