So a few weeks ago a stray cat showed up at my house and when she warmed up to me I let her inside. She's been very affectionate and I noticed her bottom nipples where kind of raised and prominent. Me and my dad have suspected she may be pregnant and have been keeping a close eye on her. I've had her for about 3 weeks now and as of today she's begun acting a little strange. She's been wandering around the house quietly trilling all day and doesn't want to be picked up. All of her nipples are raised but she doesn't really have much of a belly at all. I was convinced she was letting us know we had babies incoming until she started doing the cat-in-heat-butt-thing when I pet her back which made me wonder if perhaps she's just in heat. She seems like she might be uncomfortable but other than that I don't see any clear signs that she's either pregnant or not... I'm really stumped honestly. Anybody have any insight or do I just need to wait it out and see if it either passes or if we have kittens?
