My family and I got this cat from some lady 2 days ago. Its really cute and likes to play, regular cat stuff. The only irregular thing is that the cat meows constantly. Non stop. She even meows while she eats. I know that cats may get nervous or shy the first few days, but her meowing is just irritating. We sometimes keep her in a room by herself with the door closed, and she meows like she’s dying. I’ll consider it even screeching. I’ve read some articles about how the cat just wants it mom, but it just meows no matter what. Even if we are close by. Any suggestions?
