My Dog is only 2 years old and uses the restroom outside and during rainy days when it’s all muddy he gets mud all inside his paws and have yet not to paid my pet deposit so I bought a pack of pet pads and tried to encourage him to use the pet pads and will not use it only try’s to tear it up I’ve tried almost everything from closing a space for him to use pee and poop and starts to try to jump over his kennel what’s a good suggestion?
