Hi there,
I have a Jack Russell who is storm phobic and I am just about out of options... we've had a behavioural consult done and the vet wants to stick her on Flouxetine with some other expensive medication daily. I've got a safe space in my room (now complete with a dimmable light for dark times), an Adaptil diffuser going in my room above the safe space, she's wearing a 'calm' collar and we have Alaprax (whatever it's called) for when storms hit.
I'm in Australia and we're just coming into storm season... I was wondering if anyone else has ANY ideas that I can use that don't result in daily anti-anxiety medication?
