My cat scratches all my furniture and has been honestly. I purchased a shock collar for him as a last resort. I normally just use the sound and/or vibrate setting but every once in a while I use the shock on the lowest setting when he won’t stop with my furniture. I love my cat and spoil him senselessly but I still feel guilty and ashamed for the collar.
