I’ve been using OnlyNaturalPet for awhile now — no complaints until I decided to go the subscription route. And then the vet put us on a different treatment.
Called to cancel subscription. No problem, they said. Then I got charged for the subscription anyway.
Called back. They “have no record” of my call to cancel subscription. I said I no longer trust them with my account details. Woman in customer service said that doesn’t matter. Kept interrupting me to tell me “everything was fine” and that it didn’t matter whether I believed them or not. This is where we very much differ in opinions.
I have to cancel the bank card I used with them - they are unable to delete my account. Who knows? That 2nd call record could mysteriously go missing too, and they will continue to charge me.
Looking for a different place that also sells Orijen. Customer service more important than lower costs. Thanks for any help.
