Little background, Mini dachshunds are my favourite breed and i'm looking to adopt one myself. I currently live at home with my parents while i save to purchase my first home which will be in 2-3 years. We currently already have 2x mini dachshunds whom my parents adopted.
I'm a little conflicted with adopting a puppy now and in 2-3 years taking it with me when i move house. My train of thought is that i'll be taking it away from a loving family (not that i won't shower it with love) with 2 other dachshunds. I guess i'm worried about stressing the pup out and if its sort of ok to do this.
I know this is what happens when you adopt a puppy/doggo in the first place but it feels wrong.
Any advice?
