I have a female cat, about a year and a half old, she's not spayed yet, but scheduled for it for the month of March. She has a vet appointment tomorrow, but u wanted some opinions so I don't go in sounding like a paranoid idiot.
She's normally a pretty clingy and vocal cat, as Siamese cats tend to be, but lately she won't leave me alone. She won't leave my room to eat or drink water unless I'm in another room or not home, but no issues leaving for the litter box thankfully. she's almost constantly purring, and she absolutely has to be touching me whenever she sleeps or just lies down, be it on me, just a paw or two on me, or using me as a pillow. A handful of times now she's acted like she's nesting deep under my bed where she never goes, as if she was pregnant, she has also gained weight in a way that looks like she's pregnant, but she has had no contact with any intact males. Last but not least, this one sounds a little weird. Her meow has changed? She normally either chirps or loud meows, but now it's a weird in between kinda sound whenever she sees me, wakes up, or I get up/move away from her, or start to pet her. Again, she has an appointment, I'm just looking for opinions here so maybe I can relax a enough about it to get some rest.
