I’m considering taking in the lovely affectionate young female my neighbours have dumped. (I’m already providing her with shelter and feeding on my terrace and she really wants to be allowed into the house.)
But I have an elderly (15yrs) affectionate female indoor/outdoor cat (microchip cat flap) who I think will be deeply unimpressed. She hasn’t had to share with another cat for the last 8 years. I’m also the only human in the house so don’t have anyone else to help me keep them happy.
