Farm cat: We have a farm cat who is pregnant, help!

We moved to our farmhouse 6 mos ago, it came with 2 farm cats (part of the deal!) one was pregnant at the time, she had her kittens and we had no idea she had them because she HATED people. Welp shes pregnant again, both farm cats are girls so we are assuming the tom cat came back and killed all of the kittens to impregnant her faster, we have NEVER seen the male cat. Shes VERY pregnant, but this time around she sits outside of our side door (because i feed them daily, the previous owners never did) and she will come close to us like a foot away but we are not allowed to touch her (her rules). I monitor her multiple times a day to make sure she is still pregnant.... I want to save the babies, but we live on 5.5 acres, how the hell do I find these babies!!!! I fed her left over dinner an hr ago and she was very much still pregnant, but the last 3 days she will take the food and hide it. I have seen her hide it under a barn, is that where I should check daily? Im sorry if I sound stupid, I have never lived on a farm before OR had an outside cat, whom is pregnant. Shes been on the farm for 10 years so shes pregnant multiple times, none of her kittens but one have ever been foune, But the previous owners never worried about the cats. I truly care and want to make sure we save those babies! I have gotten her to come into the garage but she bolts every chance she gets. What the heck do i do!
