I'd like to start off by saying I'd had this dog since he was 2 months and I love my dog, he is so sweet and loving and I even want to take him with me when I move states. Unfortunately I'm starting to find myself having mixed feelings about him because of his behavioral issues. I do not by no means want to have to give him away or anything like that. He uses a puppy pad and I have seen him use it properly but when unattended he poops on the floor 80% of the time. I thought maybe he didn't want to poop and pee on the same puppy pad but when I put two puppy pads out he used a single puppy pad for both his businesses unattended. So its not that. I'd even tried positive reinforcement but nothing seems to stop him from pooping on the floor. He has brothers who my mom owns and they are nothing like him, I've even tried what she does and it does not work for my little boy. It feels like I've tried everything and he just won't stop pooping on the floor. He also constantly whines and wants nothing at all, he even screams(he barks but it sounds like screaming) whenever I even go near the front door even if he can't see me. God forbid I go outside to get the mail or to tend to my other dog. He also really doesn't like my other dog and barks at her everytime he sees her. She pays him no mind though. I love this dog to pieces but his behavior is starting to get me down. He isn't neutered if that might fix his behavioral issues. I just don't have the money for it atm.
TLDR: Chihuahua poops on floor constantly even when he knows how to use a puppy pad. Constantly whiens for nothing, and barks when I leave the house for even 10 minutes. I've tried everything I dont know what to do.
