Hello, there’s a lot of mosquitos out, so I have been wearing bug spray on and off (active ingredient: picaridin 15%) AND calamine spray to treat my bites.
My cat noticed the curious smell coming off me so licked my arm and instantly jumped back in disgust and started touching trying to wipe her mouth/nose area from the taste.
Should I worry about this? Is one lick enough to kill her? What should I look out for?
She seems normal right now. I put water over her mouth to wipe and gave her treats to take away from the taste. But when should I worry? So worried!
