The title says it all, i used to have 2 cats. However my oldest had to be put down because health complications. My other cat became depressed and had refused to eat and drink and would rather sleep. And the stress of losing her only kitty companion had given her diarrhea. I immediately rushed to the vet because I didn't want to lose both cats in rapid succession.
While the good news she was just a bit dehydrated and was a prescribed a few pills to encourage her into eating again. For 1 whole week since my cat's death, she was doing good. However this morning, from the time I woke up and now, she hasn't drank water. I left 1 small bowl of water next to her food bowl and another bowl in another part of the room. My mom suggested tapping some on her lips. That hasnt worked. Any advice would help please.
