My neighbors have recently moved in and keep their dog out on our shared porch everyday for hours. They are a family of 5 living in a 2 bedroom apartment. It barks at us every time we get out and come back but he’s i think that’s just because he’s super scared of us. They don’t take him on walks and just let him pee and poop in-front of our door. Do you think we should do something?
