his vet says he has no food-related health issues (he has allergies but ts not food related an he is undergoing treatment), eats the recommended amount of food, but he is extremely lazy, just stays in bed all day, what is it? he is 8 years old but he is a shitzu (they live in average 15 years) so its not age-related, idk if he always lazy like this (when we got him he was alredy seven), help plz
