I signed my pets up for insurance not that long ago and I finally got a paper work for their insurance today but realized I signed them up for wrong one (major medical with wellness) when I meant to do was whole pet with wellness. I sent them a message asking how I can change that and when to their website to see how much more expensive it is to do whole pet with wellness and noticed that's not even an option?! Anyone knows whats going on? I swear whole pet with wellness was one of the options. I'm so confused. There's no "click here to see more options" etc. All I see is major medical with wellness, major medical, and whole pet! Did they discontinued whole pet with wellness or something????
