2 cats in one household. 1 is FPV positive

Hi Reddit.

So basically my (3.5m) Cat, Toby has been with us for a month and a half now. It was a stray we found in our garage that we adopted. We vaccinated it, took full care of it; the whole shtick. Although it's very healthy playful and active we found it would get bored pretty easy. We do let it out of the house sometimes but we try to limit that (we used to have a cat that got run over by a car). Anyways we decided to get another cat to keep it company.

The other cat, Tyler, also 3.5 months. We basically adopted this from another family just last week. It was NOT vaccinated. The previous owners had basically found it as a stray with it's leg broken. They let him in their house and nursed it's leg back to health but never intended on keeping it so they never got it vaccinated. Anyways, Tyler shifted houses last week and started feeling unwell and vomited and did not eat anything. Took him to the vet and turns out he had FPV. The last week was grueling, we knew survival stats aren't great especially for an unvaccinated cat. Tyler's still not well but he does show some signs of improvement.

My concern is for Toby since he's been acting drowsy lethargic, low appetite since 1.5 days. We've kept the cats seperate and isolated from each other since we found out Tyler was FPV positive. And we wash hands, change clothes when dealing with the 2 seperate cats.

My question is

1- How long do I keep the cats seperate assuming Tyler starts feeling better

2- Do I take Toby to the vet for now. He does drink water and is still eating; but he is sleeping all day which is not like him. I'm worried if he contracted the virus
