Advice on traveling from the USA to Ireland with a mixed snub-nose doggo

Advice is badly needed here guys. My husband and I lost our US visas after his company was acquired. We were given 11 days notice before this happened. My husband has worked for the company for 9 years, 8 of which were in the US. I have been living here with him for just shy of 2 years. We have enquired with Aer Lingus, American Airlines and Delta Airlines and as of now it is looking like they will not accept our doggo as she is a boxer mix. She is a boxer/lab mix however, and therefore doesn't have a snub-nose, but for safety reasons this is a red flag for many airlines. Our vet has cleared her for travel but it is looking almost impossible. Her paperwork, tapeworm treatment and booking reservation all need to be complete just days prior to the flight but with so much uncertainty we are petrified of running out of time. Any advice or previous experiences are welcome. We are looking for any and all guidance.

TLDR; we need to get our boxer/lab mix pupper from the US to Ireland but due to her breed being restricted (even though she doesn't have a snub-nose) we are facing a lot of denials. Any and all advice/recommendations/past experiences welcome.
