Bath or no bath for my sick cat?

My sweet feisty little cat has been diagnosed with large granular cell lymphoma (aggressive). Our vet has estimated she has 3 weeks left w/us. Heartbroken. One of the 1st signs that things weren't going right was her coat. Suddenly she had several mats (she allowed us to brush her about 1x a week in past and always had a beautiful shiny tangle free long hair coat). Now that we have gone through all the diagnostics and have a care plan, I need some advice on her coat please. Should I give her a quick little warm bath (have Burt's Bee cat shampoo) to help w/her dirty coat? I've bathed her a few times in the past, not something she enjoyed. (did I just answer my own question?) Im torn between "will it make her more comfortable?" or "create undue stress?". At this stage she is generally curled up in her bed or next to me, eating whatever I can find that will interest her and using the litter box. She is going downhill quickly. TIA for any direction, especially if you've been here before.
