about 3 days ago i noticed my cat wasn’t eating or drinking and was very lethargic and kept hiding, i literally had to pull her out of her hiding spot and quarantine her in my room because i was worried she would never come out. yesterday i took her to the vet and i’m not gonna lie, i really don’t trust this vet (it’s not my choice what vet we go to, my dad has gone to this vet for a long time and trusts him and whatever he says goes). sure he’s good with my dogs i guess but with cats it’s just like ….. eh. he squeezed her bladder area and pee came out, he tested it and said she has a bladder infection and gave her 2 shots and told me to give her tuna, wet food etc to get her to eat again. i assumed the antibiotics would start working and she’d be eating by now but she’s still acting the same as she was before we went to the vet. still not eating, drinking, peeing or pooping. she just keeps laying in her bed. i don’t understand. and i don’t know what to do. she was literally fine like 4 days ago and boom she stopped eating just like that. this is stressing me out so much considering i also have my other pets to take care of and i thought she would at least be fucking drinking or eating a little but by now but no. it’s been hours since we got back from the vet. i told my parents she’s still not eating and all my mom said was “she’s fine, she went to the vet” i’m probably overreacting but i just want her to eat and drink and be a healthy cat again:/
