So my 6 year old cat has early stage kidney disease. Switching from dry to wet food helped him a lot. But certain wet foods also seem really bad for him. I fed him fromm turkey and pumpkin patte today and within an hour it looked like he lost a pound and was mentally out of it and in a slightly crouched position. Then 12 hours later of not feeding him he looks totally recovered and great. Is that the kidney disease or does it sound like something else?
