My last two Chewy orders were supposed to come in 1-2 business days. They took two weeks and one week respectively. I live in a major metropolitan area and rarely have shipping issues. Chewy been one of my favorite companies, but they are really failing here lately. Consistently promising something and not delivering is how you lose customers.
What's going on with Chewy? Are they delivering your packages in the 1-2 day promised window? Is this false advertising or is my experience unique?
