I’ve lived in multiple apartments over the last few years and noticed maintenance workers haven’t bothered me once about my 2 chihuahuas even though I didn’t pay a deposit/pet rent. Granted I usually put them in my room during the time I know maintenance is coming but at the end of the day they aren’t exactly quiet.
Only person I know who’s had issues was my previous neighbor who had a German Shepard (restricted breed/over weight allotment). They ended up getting evicted because they refused to get rid of the pup and when I was talking to one of the maintenance workers recently he said the only reason he even reported it was because the dog wasn’t secured and attacked him when he was doing the yearly fire alarm inspection.
Anyone else notice this?
