One of my cats, who is the smallest and the most affectionate cones to me at times, meow at me. When I pick her up she starts purring immediately and cuddling up to me and rubs herself against me. My two other cats are very friendly and loving but they do not do anything like this. Is this a normal cat behavior? Do cats usually want cuddles/loving to this degree?
