3 days ago my cat got surgery. {she ate an elastic band} and we’ve been nursing her back to health the best we can. today we decided to let her leave the room we’ve been isolating her off in due to safety concerns and she hid under my siblings bed. we just let her sit their for a few hours hoping she would come out on her own because she had been walking very well pervious. i found her in the corner still bottom of her soaked in her urine :( she had to be there for at least an hour and didn’t get up to go to the litter box {she is litter box trained and had been going and using it on her own a lot the past 24 hours} i’m stuck with a gross smelling cat who can’t clean herself currently due to a broken tooth and she has scars from her surgery that are still healing so i can’t give her a bath or just pick her up and wipe her down she’s in too much pain when picked up and will not stay on her side. i’m at a lose of what to do i want her to be able to roam again to assure she doesn’t get depressed in this room but i don’t want her covered in urine laying around in rooms. if anyone has an advice! i don’t have any no water shampoo but i do have cat shampoo
